had 6 nights in florence, spending our time here lovely. all of the staff was welcoming and attentive to guests. we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the queen room with a view. the location of the hotel was excellent and particularly good - relatively near a l-shaped square. furthermore, the area was beautiful.

The place was homely and had amazingly nice staff on the reception desk, loved the stay. Pleasantly furnished and compact rooms, the views of cathedral were pleasant. It had a very comfy bed and included a large bathroom a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet.

Fantastic central location near the Duomo and local restaurants.
I arrived by car and faced unexpected challenges parking near the hotel. Despite the hotel's agreement with a local garage, I experienced stress when the police intervened for blocking traffic during the pickup. The breakfast offering was quite limited, lacking any vegetable options that some guests, like myself, would have preferred.

The hotel's location was stunning, it also had very welcoming staff on the reception desk. My room was neat and compact with a view of an internal terrace, had safe for safety measures.

Location and view! The view from the room was right on the main city cathedral - Santa Maria - Del - Fiore. The view was gorgeous. And since we traveled in Italy by train, we were comfortable to get from the train station to the hotel. About 15 minutes on foot. 15 minutes is stopping regularly and watching the chic views and sights. All day long the bell rings in the cathedral, for some it's a minus, but for us it only added flavor. breakfasts are standard. but delicious. great wi-fi. you'll get a city map. And all the sights can be reached on foot.
City tax. As we thought it was very high.

good location: Duomo is literally a stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella train station and 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Almost all the sights of Florence are within walking distance, so I did not use public transport in the city. Breakfasts are common for 3 stars: eggs, sliced sausages, ham and cheese, yogurt, several kinds of baked goods, coffee from a machine, two kinds of juice, fruit. windows overlooked the courtyard, poet was not disturbed by the street noise. At six o'clock in the morning, Duomo bell rings. staff in the breakfast room is friendly and always ready to help. Despite the fact that the size of the hall is small, there was always enough room for everyone. room has stylish antique furniture. spacious bathroom has a shower cabin, hair dryer. Towels and hygiene supplies were changed every day.
reception refused to accept credit card payments on the grounds that the city tax still needs to be paid (in my case 20 euros), it is accepted only in cash. As a result, everything had to be paid in cash. Later I learned that it was possible to pay for the accommodation by card. Was it really difficult to explain it?! staff at the reception is not friendly, especially Anna. room had a faulty latch on the shutters, made it chilly in the morning. cover was very beautiful, smell didn't seem to have erased since Dante's time. There was no information in the room: everything had to be found out at reception. My room was double, it would have been very crowded to stay together. In five days, range of breakfasts has never changed. room could use a mini bar and at least a couple of glasses, not terrible plastic ones.

hotel is delicious! Everything just surpassed our expectations! view from the window is extraordinary, on Giotto's bell tower and Brunneleski's dome! In the morning, bell ringing. breakfasts are shiny, to different tastes. Beautiful furniture, interiors, friendly and responsive staff. Room cleaning is regular, all clean and cozy. To the main sights - a handy. To the station - 15 minutes, to the Cathedral del Fiore - two minutes, to the Uffizzi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio Bridge - 10 minutes. In the evenings you can enjoy a pleasant walk in the quiet streets. By the way, you booked - in comments indicated that you would like, if possible, room with a beautiful view of the city. Answering that they will try, to guarantee to score a room like this, you have to pay extra 40 euros per night. They refused, writing that it is not principal. In the end, we got a room with a great view without extra charge - thanks to the hotel.
The only thing is breakfast time. At the time of booking, it was stated that breakfast - at 7.00, on this basis, planning trips by train, etc., we expected that on departure at 7.50 - still have time for breakfast. But it turned out that breakfast is at 7.30, and there is no possibility to cover it for us before. It's a bit awkward, but it's little things, just keep it in mind! Everything else is brilliant!

The number is stunning! Exactly like the one in the photo! The view from the window directly on the main cathedral, and the sound of bells in the morning gives even more charm! We got a quiet room, despite the fact that a crowd of tourists was constantly wandering under the windows. The air conditioning was working properly, so the window was always closed, hence the silence. No mosquitoes were seen either!
Breakfasts are very poor. Even banal tomatoes and cucumbers are not available, one flour: bread, croissants, buns. There's a couple of slices and flakes to go with them. EVERYTHING... There are very few tables, several times in line to sit down.

It is very easy to get to the hotel from S.M.Novella Station - 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is located in a quiet street in the heart of the city - a great location. The room was perfectly equipped with free wi-fi. Very kind receptionist Francesca. Very clean room - clean bed linen, changed towels every day, the bathroom was very clean every day.
We booked the hotel in six months. As a result, we are checked into a room on the ground floor with windows into the hotel's inner hallway. When asked about a panoramic room, or at least a room on the floor above, a hotel employee said that we did not specify this when booking, so we were given a regular free room! Take it for a note! In the end, for an extra fee, we were booked into a room on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view of the Cathedral! There's no fridge in the hotel rooms. Breakfast toast, sausage slices, cheese, cereal. Very short of hot (omelette), but for the level of 3 stars very good breakfast. Employees of the dining room look very closely whether anyone can tolerate yogurt or fruit and make comments.

The hotel staff was English speaking and very helpful. The room was a big bigger than I expected for a European hotel room. It was cleaned every day and the bathroom was restocked. The location was amazing, one block from the Duomo.

The location of the hotel was very good and not too far from the airport by taxi. There is also a great gelato joint jut opposite the hotel! Although it was practically next to the Duomo, you don't feel liek it's too crowded or noisy.
The hotel lift was a little small and not easy to bring the luggage in and out. The room was a bit too small too but comfortable enough.
